You acknowledge and agree that:

• You consent to the collection and use of your personal information for marketing purposes in accordance with the Privacy Act 1988 (Cth), the Australian Privacy Principles (APPs), and Sherpa Bookkeeping’s Privacy Policy.

• You grant Sherpa Bookkeeping a non-exclusive, royalty-free, perpetual licence to use, reproduce, edit, and publish your testimonial across digital and promotional channels in Australia and internationally.

• Your testimonial may be edited for length or clarity, provided its meaning is not changed.

• All statements made are truthful and based on your genuine experience.

• Any results, figures, or outcomes mentioned are examples only, and you understand that results may vary for different businesses.

• You understand no financial compensation is provided for this testimonial.

• You understand Sherpa Bookkeeping is not required to seek further approval before publishing once consent is provided.

• You may request removal of the testimonial in writing, subject to reasonable timeframes once published.

• You understand Sherpa Bookkeeping is not obliged to publish your testimonial.
